New Spring / Summer Menu Coming
We’re very excited to be in the final stages of planning a brand new Spring / Summer menu for 2026.
Brand new dishes include a pan-fried Salmon fillet with basil mashed potato, crayfish, and burred-blanc sauce. There’s also a new handmade tagliatelle with prawns, courgette, and a lemon butter sauce.
We’re known for our decadent desserts and the new menu will continue this trend, with a De Luca New York Cheesecake (citrus & vanilla) with a blueberry
compote, and a new vanilla panna cotta, served with cinnamon shortbread and blackberry coulis.
