New General Manager appointed at De Luca Cucina
Otis Panayi has been appointed as the new General Manager at De Luca Cucina & Bar. He will work closely with owner Paul De Luca to continue the development of one of Cambridge’s top restaurants as it celebrates 10 years in business in 2016.
